The University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) is well known as a leader of professional career-focused education. It offers one of the most comprehensive ranges of innovative and internationally recognised degrees in Australia. With a multicultural mix of more than 27,000 students, UTS attracts students from all over the world.

UTS campuses are easily accessible by public transport. The main campus, the City campus, is located in the centre of the city of Sydney, close to the commercial hub and Sydney's main train station, Central Railway Station. Most UTS courses are offered at the City campus and students are ideally placed to take advantage of being in the centre of a cosmopolitan and dynamic city. The St Leonards and Kuring-gai campuses are approximately 20 minutes by public transport from the City campus. All campuses offer a safe and friendly campus life and excellent student services and facilities.

UTS students enjoy a wide range of support facilities. These include English language support, learning assistance centres, sporting facilities, 24 hour access to computer labs, religious facilities, libraries, cafeterias and childcare.

UTS support services include student and career counselling, health and housing services, legal advice, meet and greet desk, peer support network, students' association and student orientation. UTS services are sensitive to the needs of students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
